Eric always goes above and beyond the call of duty for our clients. There was a time when my client called me and he didn’t sound good. I asked Eric to go with me to the client’s home, as it sounded like he was having a stroke. I wanted Eric to go with me to assess the client. When we got to the client’s house, Eric was able to convince the client to go to the hospital to be evaluated. There was a really long wait time in the ER, but Eric cleared his schedule and waited 3 hours in the waiting area. He was there every step of the way for my client, answering questions and giving him reassurance. At one point my client was concerned about how he was going to get home if he was going to be there longer than Eric could stay. Eric made sure to arrange transportation so that my client could get home and no longer have to worry about transportation home. Eric is always the first to arrive at work and the last to leave. He consistently goes above and beyond, completing tasks that are not in his job description for the betterment of our team. Eric genuinely cares about our clients and our team as a whole. I have no doubt that Eric will always have my back and help wherever needed. Eric steps up to the plate every day and goes out of his way to make sure everyone on the team has all their needs covered. He makes himself available at a moment’s notice for consultation and he offers his assistance anytime it is needed. He never complains about the work and always has a kind word to say about everyone. Eric is always willing to help and provide insight to consumers help. He is a joy to be around!
