My mother was in ICU and unfortunately passed away. My brother and I are from out of town and Eric was amazing. WOW, what can I say about Eric? He truly cares for his patients. Eric would make a point to stop by and make sure we were ok and explain anything that needed explaining. When I had a problem with one of the doctors he didn't just listen he got me in touch with the CMO. He made me smile when I saw him, which at the time, I didn't have a lot to smile about with my mom and the start of COVID. I truly appreciate his kindness knowing how crazy of a time it must have been for all the people working at the hospital. We appreciate all he and the ICU staff and doctors did for us.
