Eric shows his compassion for others in many different ways such as bringing patients home after his shift.
Eric is a full-time house supervisor for Burleson St. Joseph Hospital but also floats a significant amount of his time to St. Joseph Regional Hospital to work in the CCU department. Most of the time this is requested last minute prior to his shift. During this time of uncertainty due to COVID, Eric remains frontline caring for patients not only at our critical access hospital but also caring for those extremely ill in the CCU. Not only has Eric floated, but he also picks up extra shifts weekly to cover open shifts as house supervisor, medical floor RN, and emergency room RN. Eric shows his compassion for others in many different ways such as bringing patients home after his shift when they were unable to find a ride, and most recently purchasing a cart for the ER supply room to make his co-workers' jobs easier and more efficient to transport and stock supplies within the department. Eric is an all-around exceptional nurse who is dependable and makes his co-workers feel at ease when he is on shift. Everyone who works alongside him knows he is an experienced reliable and knowledgeable nurse to have on their team.
