Compassion and Respect! Eric continually showed true concern for my father while in his unit. As a night shift nurse, he prepared and calmed my father for bed, checked on him quietly to allow him to sleep, and each morning, greeted him happily and professionally. He worked with the assistants to offer the very best care. On my father's final night, he made him laugh. Eric cared!!!
