Eric Ross, RN

Eric Ross was assigned to an emergent dialysis patient in the ED with a critical potassium level. The patient lost its pulse with required immediate action from Eric and the ED staff. Eric did not hesitate to initiate life saving dialysis and stayed calm and cool throughout the entire treatment. The patient lost their pulse a second time, the ED staff and Eric saved the patient’s life. Eric showed courage and bravery to continue dialysis in a stressful situation!
