My mom was at the hospital for a procedure and while recovering she had severe complications. She was disoriented, couldn't talk, and thrashing about. Eric called and sent her immediately to CAT scan. He pulled us aside and told us he didn't think we could wait 45 minutes to one hour for scans to be read, that if this was a stroke, then time was of the essence. He explained how the drugs worked, possible side effects, etc. All of this was done in a very professional, caring and kind manner. While others seemed unsure what to do, he was the calm in the storm. He reassured us and stayed with us checking on her regularly. She is doing great now with no signs of a stroke. We give the credit to him for his quick response, professionalism, and knowledge. We are so thankful for him and his care of our precious mom.
