Eric Walker 2025, LPN

After dealing with insurance issues with my mother, I was so frustrated and at my wits' end. I had just found out the issues I thought had been resolved weren't when Eric walked through the door at shift change. I'm not sure he was prepared for what he walked into, but when he walked in to introduce himself and asked how we were doing, I just lost it. He had never met me before, but he never missed a beat. He came over and hugged me and said some encouraging words until I calmed down. He asked if he could get me anything to eat or drink, and how he could help make things better for me. I wasn't even the patient, but he treated me like a queen. Before I knew it, I was smiling and wasn't stressed about our issues at all. Eric was just the best! Every hospital needs nurses like Eric!
