Eric came on shift after a few hours of our check-in from the ER.He came in and with his first look, we knew he had concerns.He looked at charts and he knew there were serious concerns and was constantly checking vitals and all that was going on.He was very quick to realize that things were going downhill fast and was doing everything he could to get my husband stable and to get the doctors to see and understand this wasn't a normal case.He was very knowledgeable and quick to realize what needed to be done.And throughitall,he was very caring and compassionate with us and I felt he was very trustworthy and know he was doing everything he could to get my husband the help he needed.
He was very persistent to get co-workers to listen and kept on until they did.I truly with all my heart believe he saved my husband's life.He is alive today because of Eric's persistence and knowledge.And with everything we were going through he had the best bedside manner I have ever seen.We don't know how we could ever serve gratitude to this man. Eric was our guardian angel.
