Eric is a phenomenal person. During my husband's stay in the ICU Eric treated him and his family with respect and compassion. Although W was critical, he kept him and his family informed about the treatment that he was getting. After doing everything humanly possible to help W improve and return home with his loved ones, W's life would soon come to an end. Eric stayed in the room with my husband and me for 2.5 hours talking and comforting me until he took his last breath. This was helpful to me. He helped me to be strong and be able to stay in the room and support my husband until the end. I will never forget the special person and extraordinary nurse that Eric is. He turned a horrible situation into a kind and compassionate one.
