My 90-year-old dad's gait was unsteady, and he kept passing out and was taken to the Emergency Department. During his ED visit, my dad was very angry and had a serious attitude problem. Mr. Wilson was his nurse and he circulated the area and explained and apologized for the long wait; he went out of his way to be gracious to my dad and get him evaluated by the ED Physician as soon as possible. He then escorted my dad to his room and then my dad cursed him out royally. Mr. Wilson continued to conduct himself in a professional manner. Mr. Wilson continued to be gracious, attentive and showed empathy and compassion to the needs of my dad throughout his stay. Thank you, Mr. Wilson, you truly have a caring heart.
