Every day I knew Eric was coming back was a great day! Eric reassured and comforted me to an unprecedented level whether he was sharing stories from his personal experience or by encouraging me to take steps out of my comfort zone, e.g., extra walking, deep breathing, etc. Eric was exceptional in providing information about medicine and explaining things that made sense to my family and me. I was completely blown away by Eric's ability to be a relatable person while also being an expert in his field.
