Erica went above and beyond for an unresponsive patient who was a foreign exchange graduate student. Where Erica truly came through was in getting the process started to bring the patient’s mother into the country due to her child’s grave, critical condition. She gave this mother a fighting chance by getting our manager and a state representative involved, which ultimately led to an emergency visa being granted for the mother to travel to the U.S. to see her child.

I have never seen an associate go so far above and beyond to advocate for a patient and their family.
