Erica A Robinson, RN

Erica was so kind and gentle to my wife when she was sedated in the ICU. Just exceptional, but last night I was with my wife late, talking to her while she was sedated, and I stood up, and there was Erica standing behind me with a bag in her hand. She came there on her own time to deliver a paper butterfly bouquet to my wife and stuffed "pea pod" warmers because she knew my wife hates her hands to be cold. She included a beautiful note as well.

At a time when I'm in profound distress because of my wife's condition, she provided me a moment of peace and appreciation, which was a welcome relief. I can't imagine anyone who exemplifies the aims and mission of the DAISY Award better than Erica. She proactively demonstrated a genuine concern for us in our time of distress that will forever be remembered.
