Erica Avery, RN

Erica went above and beyond! Like myself, she is an RN with a busy job to do just like the PCT. Erica took the time to show presence, she listened to me, and collaborated with me so that I could help participate in my brother’s care. She kept me in the loop with the communication between her and the doctor. She made me feel like I was a part of the team. She was very professional and had a caring attitude. I admire that about Erica. I hope that she continues to be that sounding board for other family members of patients and for future nurses. Thank you for everything. Keep up the great work!
