Erica was there with me every time I hit the call button. Erica listened to me and helped me when she was asked. She understood what I was going through and never pushed me off to the tech but instead stood with me. After being in a hospital 3 times in 6 years, Erica was the best nurse I ever had, and she shows how much she loves her job and cares about each patient that is under her care. Her smile and the way she treats everyone is just great and made me feel good when she came into the room. Erica is the best nurse I have ever had the chance to meet.
