Erica Bone, RN

I came in for an IV fluid infusion after chemo treatment earlier in the week. The nurse who tried to access my port was not successful. It hurt and had not before. Erica had been in ER when I came a couple of weeks before and had no trouble with an IV. So I asked for her and she was able to redo the access successfully. Erica also flushed the line for me later in the afternoon. I so appreciated her spending time to get this straightened out and get a permanent order on file. Erica always has a smile on her face and kind words. She is caring and compassionate and looks to best serve her patients.
