Erica Campbell, BSN, RN

Ms. Erica Campbell, BSN, RN is an effective communicator with all team members and patients at all levels. She is committed to the work environment and has both strong clinical and teaching skills as the resource person on the night shift. She demonstrates a high level of caring and compassion for her patients, their families, and her coworkers. Ms. Campbell also applies effective critical thinking skills to decrease her patient's anxiety and fears related to their surgical procedures.

Ms. Campbell states, "My greatest joy is after completing my shift at work, my patients express sincere gratitude for the care extended to them and I see where my holistic care has made an impact on their health status. My job as a nurse is never complete until my patients are satisfied." 

She is currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in nursing education where she desires to empower student nurses so that they can provide quality, holistic, and person-centered care.
