Erica Demling, RN, is a Nurse Navigator at NCMA Tyler and was nominated by her leader for being committed to patient care, always stepping up to support her colleagues, and continually going above and beyond in her role as a nurse. Erica volunteers to serve as a nursing resource to her peers and makes herself available for onsite patient support.
