Erica was my nurse for two days. She never acted in a hurry and listened to all of my venting. She even found me a bigger room with a couch so my loved one could get a decent night's rest. Any requests I had she followed up on. She was so caring and empathetic to all of my concerns. She worked well with her peers and they in turn showed respect for her as well.
