We were very impressed with the care my mom received while in Critical Care. Erica treated my mom with nothing but respect and made sure we understood what was happening at all times. She even stopped by the Critical Care waiting room on her day off to check on us, and my mom. We also received a handwritten note from her. She was a light in the darkness.
