Erica Egbeama, MSN

Erica does anything within her power to advocate for our patients. She rounds with the patients to give them a chance to speak freely about their perceptions of care and follows through on those perceptions, whether it be fixing an issue brought up by a patient or passing on praise a patient has given about their staff. Erica has stayed after her scheduled hours to assist staff when busy and even worked multiple night shifts to ensure the best consistent care for our patients. She strives to help wherever possible and takes time out of her day to help staff guarantee every patient feels someone is listening and paying attention to them.
