My instructor is a DAISY Nurse Educator for being a true advocate for their students and also working very hard, going above and beyond to ensure we are prepared for our future. I am almost certain they do a lot behind the scenes for our success. Definitely exemplary and a teacher to model after.

They are the best instructor that I have had at Jersey College. This instructor breaks information down to make everything make sense. They also care deeply for their students. One day I was really struggling with some content areas and this instructor stayed with me, long after it was time for them to leave for the day. They have been a guiding light throughout this last term. I know that I would not have been as successful if it hadn’t been for their guidance. They provide empathy but also keep students focused and on task. I was going through a tough time, and this instructor held me to the highest standard and made me a better student. This instructor is a student advocate, kind, caring, and supportive. Side note: this instructor's pep talks and pre-exam prayers have gotten me through some VERY tough exams! This instructor is the perfect example of a DAISY Nurse Educator.
