Erica G Marriott, RN, NP

Erica Marriott was working in the ED and got a pediatric patient that came in via EMS. The pediatric patient's mother had to be transferred to a different facility. The grandparents of the child came to pick up the child and realized that they did not have a car seat. Erica offered her own child's car seat so the grandparents could leave with the child so they could then drive to check on the child's mother.
Erica went above and beyond giving up her child's car seat so that another child could be safe.
