Since the first time I came to the labor and delivery unit, Erica was amazingly kind and helpful. She remembered me every time I came in after that and was the warmest staff on the unit, probably the best RN I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with. When I finally came in for my c-section, although she wasn’t my nurse, she came and gave me a big hug and spent the extra time to comfort me and help alleviate my fears. She’s an amazing nurse.
