I was dealing with not only my health problems but also with many personal problems when Erica was my nurse. Through Erica's kindness and wonderful care, she personally started to lift my spirits. Erica took my negative feelings and turned them into a positive outlook on my future. I started feeling like a new person because of Erica's positive, warm, and caring approach to her job and life in general. I will leave the hospital a much better person because of Erica's outstanding care.
