Erica goes above and beyond for her patients and family every day. She listens to their concerns and does everything in her power to make sure questions and concerns get resolved. She has a great rapport with her staff members and physicians. It is important to her for the safety, security, and privacy of the patient. She truly eases the anxiety of the surgery because of her attitude. I think she is the definition of a DAISY Nurse.
