As an employee of the hospital, I recognize the stress of the nursing staff as COVID numbers/ cases rise. I brought my husband into a very crowded ED in December for significant concerns. His RN, Erica, was AMAZING! She was upbeat, attentive, and infused humor into an otherwise scary and uncertain time for both my husband and me. I later learned that she was working that night extra to help support her staff (she is a clinical nurse manager). This award is just a small token of appreciation to her for all that she does! We appreciated you so much that night! Thank you!
