Erica Heintz, RN

This person was one my mom's nurses during her long stay in the ICU. They were so helpful in explaining what was going on and staying on top of anything that went wrong with my mom. They remained calm while caring for my mom as she entered a more critical state and kept us updated along the way. My family and I are so thankful for the care this person provided to my mom and us too. They even answered questions for us and helped my mom when they weren’t her nurse. This person said they were always available for any questions we had. My family and I will be forever grateful for the care and compassion they had while caring for my mom on her worst days.
