“Erica made my daughter feel welcome from the time she arrived on 5C
from SICU. She washed her hair and got her settled in. Erica took care
of my daughter for 3 days and each day she was compassionate, caring and
never made her wait for anything she needed. She was always smiling
and happy which made everyone feel better.”
