When I was at my very lowest, finding out I was paralyzed, and when I was discharged from ICU to the 5th floor I was scared. Erica took such extraordinary care of me. She kept saying I’m here for you, we’re a team, and we’ll get through this together. Her words of encouragement filled my broken heart. She always reminded me how far I've come every day, and when I needed a pastor, one showed up! She was my angel. I’ve worked in the medical field for 45 years and I have never seen such compassion and kindness, she is such a hard worker! She is so smart explaining why my body is feeling the way it is! I can’t wait to come back and show her I can walk again. Against all odds, she told me never to give up! I will never forget those words, and look forward to proving her right! I look up to her! She is amazing, and has the kindest eyes and smile!
