Erica Koester, BSN, RN

I was admitted to L&D when I was 27 weeks 4 days. I was terrified about the fact of delivering a premature infant. One night, our baby was starting to show signs of distress. I was all alone and terrified. Erica was so supportive and helped talk me through my worries. I knew it was no longer visiting hours, but Erica arranged it so my husband and mom could come in and support me. Erica was encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable. She is an incredible nurse and I am so thankful she always seemed to be working right when I needed her the most.
