Dr. Erica Stone demonstrated a compassionate demeanor while in the clinical setting and made an active effort to provide the best care. She made a comfortable, safe space for students to learn within the clinical setting, which greatly advanced my learning. She cared for patients with various backgrounds and considered their cultural needs within their illness. She facilitated a comfortable space for both students and patients in order to teach thoroughly and correctly.

Not only is she an amazing teacher, but she is also an incredible listener. She listens to students' anxieties and concerns and helps them identify barriers and how to overcome them. She goes out of her way to support her students both in an academic setting and on a personal level - a fact that helps so many who are in a new life stage during this program. She gave her students opportunities to practice so many skills.
