Erica Mckinney, RN

Every day, Erica is an example of compassion to our staff and patients. She steps up when the team needs her, but she anticipates those needs way before her peers. You never have to ask Erica for help because she has already seen and addressed the need before you can ask.

My patients bring her up by name when I see them in the clinic after a procedure. They remember her anticipating their needs as well. Simple but very important things like eye contact, warm blankets, and holding hands help my patients know they are valued and well cared for. Erica has exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion beyond measure.
