Erica sees hospice patients at Graybirch and in the community. When Graybirch was in critical need due to infections, Erica requested her home patients be covered by another nurse so she could dedicate her full time to being present in Graybirch providing hospice care. She worked long days and then spent her evenings making phone calls to the families of her hospice patients. Those calls took hours. Erica knew she had established relationships with those families and whether the news was good or bad it would be easier coming from her. Erica contracted to work Saturdays to provide further continuity of care to the hospice patients of Graybirch.

I am so impressed with her dedication to serving her patients in their time of need.
