Erica was very attentive to my mom. Although she had other patients, we felt as if we were her only patient. Erica was very sweet and treated my mom as if everything was going to be okay. She was always in a good mood, and it was easy to communicate with her. Erica took the initiative to feed my mom soup, and she gave her juice because my mom couldn't feed herself. Erica also cleaned her mouth and took very good care of her. Erica was very understanding and sensitive to what my mom is going through. she gave encouraging words, hugs, and comfort. When we had to visit and pick a rehab, Erica gave us comfort because she's been there.

Erica earned and deserves this award because she treated us as if we were family. She went the extra mile, above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable.
