My grandson was in here with several organ failures. My daughter and I were very worried, anxious, and stressed. The days my grandson had Erica for his caregiver we felt such peace when she was there. Anytime we had questions about what was going on she was very informative and told us on a level where we understood a lot better. She is so loving to my grandson. You can tell she not only cares about him, but us too! Erica will always have a place in our hearts! She's the best!
