Erica Naples, BSN, RN

Erica follows through on questions with, “I’ll see about that,” and gives feedback, even as busy as she is. She is extra creative, with ways to solve perplexing challenges. For some of our issues, Erica suggested contacting PCOA (Pima Council on Aging) and she even printed out their long list of capabilities. We were able to get an appointment with PCOA and they were great! My wife had serious lymph issues in her legs, and I started having them too. Erica printed out a 10-page guide on how to manage Lymphedema. I have learned a lot about how to help the lymph system in my lower legs to be more efficient. I’m now greatly encouraged to know how I can participate in the plan for my care. Erica goes above and beyond her immediate duties, and I’m very thankful.
