Erica admitted to me and didn’t know me at all and treated me with so much respect. While this was my first time in this unit, this nurse made me feel unbelievably comfortable by showing empathy and helping me settle in on my first day. I was nervous but she literally made sure I had anything I needed from my room and got me filled in on everything I had questions about. Not only that but 2 days later I had been having a very rough day after seeing one of the doctors and asked if she wanted to come to see me because he knew I literally felt comfortable with her. She was the most amazing person for coming in and talking and making sure I would get through it. I have so much respect for Erica, and honestly, could never thank her enough for her professionalism and excellence. Thank you.

Extremely caring and attentive to all my needs. I feel that she goes above and beyond to help everyone to her fullest extent. Definitely a DAISY Nurse for her professionalism, general kindness, and natural compassion for the work she does.
