Erica's down-to-earth nature acts as a great tool in the clinical setting to make patients comfortable and break down barriers. Her affinity for making everyone feel welcome will serve her well throughout her career and help to make the stressful and difficult moments less terrible, alongside her positive and infectious attitude. Erica always uplifts her classmates with praise after exams, check offs, and challenging clinical experiences. In clinical, Erica has many experiences of deeply connecting with her patients and takes her time to earn their trust by giving them attention and her best effort.
