Erica Palencia, RN

There is not just one situation where Erica is amazing. She is amazing on a day-to-day, hour-by-hour basis! She is our charge RN in our clinic, and I’m constantly grateful for how much care she puts into patient care, caring for her colleagues, MA staff, and the providers. She always goes above and beyond to help out and put out our fires (trust me, there have been almost daily fires during the last 3 years of COVID), and she does it all with such grace, professionalism, and kindness. She never passes the buck and, quite the opposite, often steps in to help out even when not requested to.
