Initiatives/Sacrifice- Erica was the first to volunteer for inpatient redeployment during the COVID pandemic and served in full commitment until the hospital didn't need her service anymore.

Fearless and positive attitude – Erica always turns a negative occurrence into an opportunity for a positive change. Always exudes positive energy and whenever an issue arises, she approaches it with a problem-solving mindset instead of complaints.
