Erica is an exceptional nurse. She goes above and beyond each and every day. She demonstrates kindness, and compassion and has a positive professional attitude. I worked with her on a patient with a tracheostomy. The patient was very complicated. She not only had a tracheostomy but multiple other issues. The patient had no insurance and was an immigrant to our country. Erica showed so much compassion and empathy for this patient and their family. Erica was able to get in all the services we needed and did it quickly. She tackled the trach issues with calmness and professionalism.

When I went in the home to help Erica with the trach for this patient, she already had large papers hung all over the patient's room with very specific directions. She had signs with medication instructions, feeding tube instructions, how to check the blood sugar and when to check the blood sugar. It was amazing. I was truly impressed. She is an excellent patient educator. Erica was able to assist the family in learning so much about the patient's care in so little time. I was so impressed with her skills, her professionalism, and knowledge. She was able to make a huge difference in this patient's quality of life and a difference in the life of the family. I would definitely use Erica for anyone in my family. She is kind, compassionate, and hard-working.
