Erica always goes above and beyond for her patients. There have been multiple times that she has been spotted buying her patients their favorite Starbucks drink. One of Erica's patients recently lost a pet in a house fire and was still mourning the loss. The patient was moved to tears when Erica bought a stuffed animal and placed it on her bedside table. The patient was so grateful for Erica's compassionate gesture. It brought the patient comfort each time someone would come into the room and the patient would share her story. It took her mind off being confined to the hospital bed.
