We would like to bring attention to the super-nurse, Erica, who not only helped us with all our questions but also gave us a family-like feeling throughout our stay. She was very, very patient and kept the spirits high in all situations. She even encouraged exceptionally during our active labor to stay positive while pushing for normal delivery.
