When I first came to the hospital I became very depressed to the point where I was even suicidal. I tend to spend a lot of time in hospitals because of my seizures and never get any real conclusion. Because of this, I feel as if I live in a hospital bed. While in the hospital I tried to kill myself and Ms. Erica spoke to me like no one else. I never spoke normally before, so when it was easy to speak to her it really made a difference, she also put music on for me, which happens to be one of my coping skills. Then talked to me like a normal person; and not someone in a hospital with an inconcludable disease. My life is scary, but she made it seem not so bad and that's why I want to thank Ms. Erica. She helped me see the light in the dark.

Thank you, Erica, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
