When transferring a patient call or calling for a nurse, she is helpful by taking the phone call immediately and looking up what is needed to help the patient. Clinical staff is busy with patient care, but what sets Erica apart is her attitude and helpfulness. She doesn't make it come across as if it were a burdening task. Her helpful attitude makes her a pleasure to work with.

She is also there to take messages and answer calls for patients. She always has a smile on her face. I can tell she loves what she does.
