Erica Simpson, RN

She was not my assigned nurse, but I had questions, and she took the time from her busy schedule to consult with me. She was kind, courteous, caring, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She comforted me with my questions, and I cannot commend her dedication to helping me in spite of her busy workload. She demonstrated not only a great nurse but impeccable strength and leadership skills. I thank her.
