A note to Erica:
I wanted to let you know just how much it meant to me to have you as my nurse during my stay in the hospital. I can truly say that you brought a smile to my face every time you walked in the room with your kind words and smile. All that you did for me I can never begin to repay and I know that you'll say "It's my job" but you go above and beyond what is a job.
How can anyone say becoming ill was a happy experience? I can and You made it so. Your professionalism, caring and genuine joyous personality is why I am taking the time to write to you to let you know just how much this meant to me.
