We want to compliment Erica for being fully engaged with her work. Erica had directions to continue to give our father his blood pressure medicine, Met-0prolol. However, she chose to withhold it until conversing with the doctor since it could have further depressed his pulse rate and blood pressure, which were already low. When the doctor made his rounds, he agreed with her reasoning. Witnessing on-the-job thinking is refreshing. Erica also demonstrated care and compassion for our father.
