I am writing this letter to express my extreme appreciation for the outstanding care I received while in your facility recently. I must say I have been in Health Care Consulting for over 30 years, I have been in hundreds of facilities around the country. Nursing and patient care staff are without question outstanding. There are however some individuals who are extraordinary in performing their assigned duties. Erica Steffey is one of these individuals.

Her caring, compassion, professionalism, knowledge, and skills far exceed what can be taught. It is a case of whether you have these traits or you don't. Her sincere and genuine caring for her patients is extraordinary. She makes the patient feel as though they are her only patient, their well-being, care, and positive outcome are all that matters. She is an asset to any facility that employs her. I wanted to make you, and her aware of the fact her efforts have not gone unnoticed.
